About the role

The runtime decides where every agent runs, what it can see and when it stops. You will make it faster and cheaper as runs grow past ten thousand agents.

What you will do

• Own scheduling and isolation for agent sandboxes.

• Cut the cost of a run without making it slower.

• Work with Research on new agent types.

You might be a fit if

• You have run distributed systems in production.

• You write Go or Rust and enjoy profiling.

• You like explaining trade-offs in plain words.
