The service

Swarm runs AI agents on the goals you give it and proposes changes to your code and documents. Agents open pull requests. Nothing is merged or deployed without a person on your team approving it.

Your account

  • Keep your login details safe and tell us at once if someone else uses them.

  • You are responsible for what is done through your workspace.

  • You must be allowed to connect the repositories and tools you connect.

Your content

Your code, your goals and everything agents produce for you belong to you. You give us only the rights we need to run the service for you, and those end when you delete the content or close your account.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use Swarm to build malware or attack systems you don’t own.

  • Don’t try to get around budget caps, Guard policies or rate limits.

  • Don’t resell access without a written agreement with us.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Agent-minutes above your plan are charged only if you raised your cap. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

What we promise, and what we don’t

We aim for 99.9% uptime and publish incidents on our status page. Agents can make mistakes, which is why every change goes through tests and your review. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes and ending

We will tell you 30 days before any change to these terms that affects you. Either of us can end the agreement with notice. Portuguese law applies, and the courts of Lisbon decide disputes.
