Controller

Swarm Labs, Lda., Lisbon

Who we are

Swarm Labs, Lda. builds Swarm, a platform that runs AI agents on software tasks. We are based in Lisbon, Portugal, and we are the controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, work email, company and team.

  • Billing details: what our payment provider needs to charge you. We never see full card numbers.

  • Usage: which features you use and how long runs take, to keep the service working.

  • Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email or support.

Your code and your runs

Agents read the repositories and tools you connect, only within the permissions you grant. We process that content on your behalf under our data processing agreement. On Teams plans it never leaves your own cloud account.

We never use your code, your runs or your prompts to train models, ours or anyone else’s. Our model providers are bound by the same rule.

Why we use it

  • To provide the service you signed up for, under our contract with you.

  • To bill you and meet our tax duties.

  • To answer your messages and book demos you ask for.

  • To keep Swarm secure and find abuse, which is our legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

We never sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that help us run Swarm: hosting, model providers, payments, email and support tools. Each is bound by a data processing agreement, and transfers outside the EU use standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Account data: while your account is open, then 90 days.

  • Run logs: 30 days on Studio and one year on Teams, unless you delete them sooner.

  • Invoices: 10 years, as Portuguese tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to how we use it. Write to privacy@swarm.dev and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.
